Katie is the heart and vision behind Harbour Automotive. With over 14 years of experience in the automotive industry, she blends technical understanding with strong leadership and a genuine passion for helping others. As an ASE-Certified professional, she has mastered shop management, HR, payroll, customer service, marketing, advertising, and diagnostic coordination — ensuring the business is run with efficiency, transparency, and care.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is a Certified Life Coach, bringing empathy, clarity, and communication skills to every customer interaction. Before opening Harbour Automotive, Katie co-founded JRK Auto Experts with her husband, Rob, where they continue to manage a thriving fleet service operation across Central Florida.
A committed community leader, Katie proudly serves on the HOA Board and remains actively involved in local programs, volunteering, and supporting families and small businesses throughout the area.
Outside of work, Katie has been married to her high school sweetheart, Rob, for 17 years. Together, they share four amazing children: Vanessa, Aubrey, Robert, and Ethan. Family adventure is a huge part of her life — especially traveling the world (with Dubai being her favorite destination), spending time at the beach, boating, and freediving with her family in Florida’s beautiful waters.
Katie is also known for her bold automotive personality — she owns a lifted pink Jeep Wrangler on 37" tires, customized by her and Rob. The two love attending Jeep events together, many of which support local charities and community causes.
And if you’re lucky, you might get to meet one of Harbour’s most unique “team members” — Ellie, Katie’s two-year-old two-toed sloth, who occasionally visits the shop and steals everyone’s heart.
At Harbour Automotive, Katie ensures every guest feels welcome, every service is delivered with integrity, and every vehicle is treated with the attention and respect it deserves.

Rob is the backbone of JRK Auto Experts and a vital part of the Harbour Automotive team. With decades of hands-on experience, Rob is ASE Certified, a Certified Welder, and holds 17 diesel certifications. He is also a Certified Small Engine Mechanic — a certification he earned back in high school.
Rob’s passion for automotive work began at
Rob is the backbone of JRK Auto Experts and a vital part of the Harbour Automotive team. With decades of hands-on experience, Rob is ASE Certified, a Certified Welder, and holds 17 diesel certifications. He is also a Certified Small Engine Mechanic — a certification he earned back in high school.
Rob’s passion for automotive work began at just 12 years old, working alongside his father and helping neighbors throughout the community. That early dedication grew into a career defined by honesty, skill, and exceptional service.
At JRK Auto Experts, Rob manages operations and works side-by-side with his technicians. He also supports Harbour Automotive as needed — whether diagnosing complex issues, assisting the team, or jumping in on repairs.
Rob is known throughout his community as the “neighborhood mechanic,” always willing to help a neighbor with a broken golf cart, a stranded car, or a quick repair tip. His kindness and community spirit make him loved by everyone who meets him.
In his free time, Rob enjoys fishing with his kids, spending time outdoors, and cruising the community in his golf cart while visiting neighbors.

Keith brings remarkable experience, leadership, and heart to Harbour Automotive. A native of Huntington, New York, his automotive foundation began at South Iredell High School Auto Tech. His career quickly accelerated when he joined the United States Air Force, serving from 2002–2015 in Vehicle Maintenance.

Keith brings remarkable experience, leadership, and heart to Harbour Automotive. A native of Huntington, New York, his automotive foundation began at South Iredell High School Auto Tech. His career quickly accelerated when he joined the United States Air Force, serving from 2002–2015 in Vehicle Maintenance.
Across an extraordinary 1,267 days deployed, Keith supported missions in Iraq (Balad AB and Kirkuk AB) and Afghanistan (Kandahar AB, Camp Leatherneck, and Bagram AB). He also completed advanced tactical vehicle operations including M-ATV and MRAP training. He earned the rank of Staff Sergeant (SSgt) and is known for his discipline, resilience, and dedication.
After completing his service, Keith transitioned into the civilian automotive repair industry, applying his mechanical expertise and leadership to support customers with honesty and professionalism. Before fully entering the auto industry, he also served his community through fire and rescue and helped build Launch Pad 41 for manned rocket missions.
At Harbour Automotive, Keith is the steady, friendly face that keeps the front of the shop running smoothly. Customers trust him for his clear communication, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile. On some days, he’s accompanied by Colt — his loyal German Shepherd “assistant.”
Keith is a devoted husband to Tabetha and father to Layla, Leah, Brooklynn, and Nell. He is also a proud grandfather to Willow. In his free time, he enjoys RC planes and boats, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his community.
His dedication to service — to his country, his community, and every customer — is a perfect reflection of Harbour’s values.
